I needed a motor part I could not locate the part number with my book to repair the bike I did not find it online however I visited your part counter and Justin knew just what I needed just by showing it to him. Right off the bat he saw the spacer and said oh yup we got those and said give me a second. And with out looking it up came out with what I needed I dont want phone calls or messages please he will know who I was good job kiddo

I walked in and felt immediately like I was at home, greeted by Nate and no pun intended but he was GREAT. He helped me every step of the way while also trying to juggle helping his other clients who came in, that showed me Im in great hands for when its my turn to come back in to get my bike. Heather was awesome and very down to earth, helped us a lot and also made us laugh! Cant say enough great things about the people at Sheldons and I purchased my first Harley there!

Up to now Ive only been a parts, accessories and apparel customer. I have to say the parts counter personnel have been very helpful and have a great attitude. I like the dealership in general because everyone is so friendly and want to help you find what you need.

WOW!!!!! I purchased parts on black Friday 2018, handlebars, detachable tour pack, new rear tire and had them do my 10K service. All of the parts were installed free of charge during the promotion. The 10K service was over $450 and in the end mike was able to discount that to around $360. I can't say enough about the service department WOW!!!!! Mike, Lou, Dan THANK YOU ALL! These guys told me work would start Dec 13th, work was complete by then and I know it don't mean much this time of year but since I am taking the bike to Florida the day after Christmas it is a big deal to me and since i'm working out of state they are ok with the storage for free for the next 2 weeks. 5 stars is not enough, thanks again!

Thank you again Sheldon's. I bought a brand new bike from Sheldon's back at the end of 2018. There were some hiccups in the process and things didn't go as smoothly as I felt or thought they should have gone. However, in the end, Chad Raymond and his team pulled through and took care of everything. I also didn't realize until recently, I lost all my rewards from 2018 (never received email reminder). I spoke to them and they took care of it once again. Very good dealership and they do look out for their customers overall. Mike and the service department are great!

Happy customer. Always greeted and treated politely and with respect at the service department at Sheldon's H-D. I am traveling to South Dakota tomorrow, July 31, on my Road Glide from Massachusetts for the Sturgis bike rally. I wanted to have peace of mind so I scheduled a 28 point check service, kind of last minute on my part, and they did it for me the day after I called. Thanks once again Mike F., Dan and all the techs that have assisted me! Happy customer.

You won't leave disappointed. Yesterday I went into Sheldon's with the mindset of only looking at a bike not to purchase one. Well thanks to my salesperson paul I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Harley. Paul was very honest with me about pricing and how the banks work. He was able to help me find the perfect bike for me that fitting and that was in my price range. I highly recommend if you want a bike go and deal with paul at sheldons and you won't leave disappointed.

Jay was fantastic, went there browsing, walked out with a brand new Road King. Exceptional. I just wanted to take a second to say thank you, to the service department at Sheldon's , I was recently in for my 25k service on my 2018 Ultra, while talking to Dan after telling him about how loud the transmission clicks into gear when shifting, he told me that Harley finally came out with a synthetic gear oil, that I could run in my transmission and primary, I already run synthetic in the motor. After having the service done and switching to the synthetic gear oil in the transmission and the primary, I've put on about 1k miles on the bike so far,and I have to say my bike shifts so smooth. I cant thank you enough, no more loud clicking shifts that sound like hitting your transmission with a hammer. Now I can get the benefits of synthetic in my motor and my transmission, so I can crank out the miles, I always have a good experience when my bike goes in for service at Sheldon's. I just wanted to say thank you to the service team, I appreciate everything you do for me.

Overall great experience. Recently had 1000 k service, was offered free pickup. The service representative was courteous and service performed as promised. My purchase experience was exceptional. The sales manager was engaged throughout the sale. The sales staff was well Informed about Harley Davidson motorcycles. Overall great experience.

I found a great sweatshirt online but it was out of stock online and at the Harley locations near me so I called Sheldons to see if they had it in stock and lucky me they had it and also lucky me that Angie in motorclothes picked up the phone because she was so much help, within a 1/2 hour of calling she called me back and said the sweatshirt would ship to my nearest Harley location which is 10 min away and no added shipping charge and also honored the sale price that was online. I work in customer service myself so I really appreciate good customer service, So thanks again Angie!!!
