To apply, please complete the application below. All questions must be answered for your application to be valid. Once completed, you can submit this application in one of the following ways:

Electronically - Complete the application and click the "Send to Sheldon's" button at the bottom.
Fax - Print the completed application and fax to: (508) 721-0101.
E-mail - Send all application information to: ridersedge@sheldons.com.
U.S. Mail - Print the completed application and mail to: Rider's Edge Course at Sheldons, N.F. Sheldon Harley-Davidson and Buell, 914 Southbridge Street, Auburn, MA 01501.
In-Person - Stop by Sheldon's and fill out an application in person.

Once a valid application is received, you will be contacted within 5 days about details including registration, class availability, and payment of course tuition. If you do not hear from us after 5 days from submitting the application, please call (508) 721-9876.
