I bought a 2007 Street Glide From Jane MArtel today, 05/29/2013. I have never bought a bike at Sheldons before only parts for my 1998 Heritage Softail. I was bowled over with how my self and my wife were tretaed by Jane, she was fantastic and had all answers to every one of my questions.

I am very pleased and impressed with the improvements in a short period of time.Chad has kept his word on making Sheldon's a top notch Harley Dealer and he has done that with help of his staff.When you walk into Sheldon's you can feel how different it is.Less tension,much more up beat.The clothing department looks alot better.The inside of the store it self is more appealing.You can see there are more parts then before as well.I have not had my Bike in for service yet,so i can not comment on that.But the over all look and feel of the New Sheldon's is great.Chad,Brian and everyone other staff member of Sheldon's keep up the great work.Your almost there making it feel like home.

I had called your dealership ( parts dept. ) looking for a certain accessory that was recently discontinued. I had to call many dealerships looking for this part and was told that this was the only way I could get it. Since I could not order it, I started calling all H.D. dealers hoping that they still had one in stock. When I contacted your dealership, I had talked to Mark in the parts dept. He said he had it. I gave him all the info. that was needed to have him send it to me. I spoke to him on Thurs. 11-29-12 and I received the item the next day on the 30th. The reason I wrote this was to especially thank Mark in parts and to thank Sheldon H.D. on them being number 1 in customer service. Wish that all H.D. dealerships had a rating on being number 1 in customer service. Thanks again Sheldon H.D....Ray...
